Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel was set up a bit better with more space, but it wasn't like described on the website, felt more like an apartment. It was big and clean, but the price was way too high for the condition of the rooms and lack of amenities like a bar and restaurant. I've found better hotels in the same area for less money, so it just wasn't worth the cost.
I had a mix of experiences at this hotel. On one hand, the rooms looked pretty and comfy at first sight, but the view of the ugly alley was a disappointment. The service was friendly but seemed to only offer the basics. The location was great for exploring the city, being close to shopping areas and restaurants. The dining options were limited, which was a downside, and the lack of availability was a letdown. Overall, a decent stay with some aspects to consider.
The hotel has a great location just off Michigan Ave, close to the Hancock building and two blocks from the lake. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with convenient amenities. The service was mixed, with a friendly attendant at the front but some attitude issues from the bell captain. The dining options were pricey but easily accessible. Overall, it's a nice hotel with some minor drawbacks worth considering.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, with spacious rooms but a few drawbacks like heating issues and cleanliness concerns. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the service, while friendly, had some lapses. Dining options were limited, but the nearby attractions made up for it.
